Rules & Regulations
To ensure a professional and safe environment for all participants, please review and follow the guidelines below:
Admission Requirements
- Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid documentation showing a direct, professional affiliation with the industry is required.
- General public are welcome with intention to buy or invest in the halal industry.
Items Not Permitted on the Event Floor
- Luggage, rolling cases, and similar items are prohibited at all times.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility; designated smoking areas are available outside.
Photography & Recording
- Permission from the exhibitor is required before photographing any products.
- Videotaping or personal recordings are prohibited without prior approval from event management, except for registered members of the media.
Promotions & Displays
- Unauthorized promotion or solicitation will be considered trespassing and may result in immediate removal.
Conduct & Behavior
- Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Event security reserves the right to revoke badges and have individuals escorted off the premises by security if necessary.
Product Samples & Solicitation
- Removal of product samples from the exhibit hall is prohibited.
- Soliciting by attendees on the event floor is strictly prohibited.
